From Cruise Terminal

What to do when you arrive at the Cruise Terminal

You can reach Venice Piazzale Roma from the Stazione Marittima Cruise Terminal on the People Mover, the automated monorail train that connects Piazzale Roma and the Tronchetto terminals.
Tickets may be purchased directly at the automatic ticket machines located at the entrance to the People Mover.
When you reach Piazzale Roma, it is just a short walk to the ACTV landing stages, from which the main public transport waterbus routes depart in all directions and for all destinations, along the Grand Canal or the Giudecca Canal, or following the circuit of the outer circle waterbus routes.

To check the complete map of lines and routes, see the  ACTV navigation service map

ATTENTION :In response to the epidemiological emergency and in compliance with orders issued by the Regione Veneto (Veneto Region), ALL MUSEUMS and CULTURAL FACILITIES in VENICE will remain closed to the public from Monday 24 February until Sunday 1 March 2020, inclusive.

Please note that:
-          Museum tickets purchased through Venezia Unica are not date-based; they can be used within 24 months of purchase and can be transferred to third parties.
-          As to tickets for facilities that are date-based (e.g. Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Fondazione Cini and Casa Museo Andrich), a refund can be requested via the appropriate  form online
